Over the weekend, we visited and prayed at Prasat Phnom Bakheng in Siem Reap. As we walked to the top of this ancient temple located on the mountain, we could feel the beautiful environment with all the trees. We thought that we were walking in the jungle. Luckily, there was no rain during our visit. On the top of this famous and beautiful ancient temple of the great Khmer civilization, we could see everything from different angles. We sat together looking over the surrounding area, and we were truly amazed at the genius and magnificent invention and creation of this complex of ancient temple buildings and towers beyond any imagination. We also could see Prasat Angkor Wat. We could see Tonle Sap. And we could see other temples within the vicinity of this temple. Our trip to this temple was truly a rare visit and we definitely would treasure it for the rest of our life.
