12 April 2020: Sunday is a time for personal reflection, and this time it is with a hot tea! With the coronavirus pandemic worldwide, what is on the mind is health, safety, and peace of mind! Taking this opportunity, I wish to sincerely express my deepest gratitude and my most profound respect to Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, for his greatest and most enduring leadership as well as for his most able statesmanship for leading and guiding the country during this moment of global health crisis, with the most severe impact on every aspect and dimension of the nation, including the wellbeing of the people, the economy, sustainable development, peace, stability and security, among others.
