Phnom Penh, 22 March 2016: Dr Kao Kim Hourn and HE Sry Thamarong walked together to board a flight to accompany Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to attend the 1st Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Leaders’ Meeting and the Boao Forum for Asia in Hainan, China.
