Phnom Penh, 07 June 2016: At the dinner reception hosted by Neak Oknha Kith Meng and presided by HE Dr Say Samal, Minister of Environment, to welcome the signing of the partnership agreement between Posco SS Vina and Yong Sheng of the Royal Group at Cambodiana Hotel.
