Siem Reap, on 9 June 2016: At the Apsara Palace Hotel, Dr Kao Kim Hourn, Minister Delegate Attached to Samdech Techo Prime Minister, delivered a keynote address at the 14th East Asia Forum (EAF) on “Deepening East Asia Integration Towards East Asia Economic Community,” organized by Cambodia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. While Siem Reap Deputy Governor Bun Tharith presented his welcome remarks, Korean Deputy Foreign Minister Kim Hyoung-zhin gave his address at the opening session of the meeting. Representatives from the government, business and academic sectors from the ASEAN Plus Three countries participated in the 14th EAF in Siem Reap, from 9 to 10 June 2016.
