In Bangkok, on 18 Dec 2015: Just got off the plane, with my dear friend for more than 20 years, H.E. Dr. Aun P. Moniroth, Minister of Economy and Finance. We accompanied Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, on an official visit to Thailand and to attend the 2nd Joint Cabinet Retreat between Cambodia and Thailand.
