Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, H.E. Lê Minh Hưng, on the sidelines of the 48th ASEAN Summit and Related Meetings, in Cebu, the Philippines. Dr. Kao congratulated H.E. Lê Minh Hưng on his recent election as Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam. They exchanged views on advancing ASEAN Community-building and deepening regional cooperation and integration, while reaffirming the importance of collective efforts in addressing emerging regional and global challenges.
