រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃទី ២៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០១៧៖ នៅក្នុងឱកាសនៃថ្ងៃបុណ្យខួបកំណេីតរបស់ខ្ញុំ ខ្ញុំបានឆ្លៀតឱកាសព្រលែងសត្វចាបជាង ៥០០ ក្បាល និងសត្វអណ្តេីកមាសចំនួន ២០ ក្បាល នៅមុខព្រះបរមរាជវាំងចូលទៅក្នុងកន្លែងប្រសព្វ នៃទន្លេបាសាក់ ទន្លេមេគង្គ និងមាត់ ទន្លេសាប។ ពេលនេះ សត្វចាប និងអណ្តេីក ទាំងនោះអាចរីករាយនឹងធម្មជាតិដ៏ច្រេីន ក្រៃលែងនៃពិភពលោកនេះ។
Phnom Penh, 28 May 2017: On the occasion of my birthday, I took the opportunity to release more than 500 birds and 20 golden young turtles in front of the Royal Palace into the junction of the Bassac River, the Mekong River, and the mouth of Tonle Sap. To those birds and turtles, they can now enjoy the abundance of nature of this world! In return, they shall bless the Kingdom of Cambodia forever!
