Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today welcomed H.E. Jean-Noël Barrot, Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of France, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. Their discussion evolved around seeking ways and means to further enhance ASEAN-France relations as both sides mark the fifth anniversary of their Development Partnership this year.
