Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with the International Civil and Commercial Law Centre (ICCLC) over lunch. They discussed ways for ASEAN and Japan to work together to implement the ASEAN-Japan Joint Vision Statement, particularly through the enhancement of dialogue and cooperation to promote human rights through technical cooperation.
