Dr. Kao congratulated Brunei Darussalam on its successful hosting of the 25th ASEAN-EU Ministerial Meeting, and shared his views and perspectives on the progress of the ASEAN-EU relations, particularly in light of the upcoming 50th anniversary of their relations in 2027.
