Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, delivered pre-recorded remarks at the Opening Session of the 8th ASEAN Supreme Audit Institutions (ASEANSAI) Summit, in Singapore, on 13 November 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his address, Dr. Kao commended ASEANSAI\u2019s continued efforts to strengthen public accountability, transparency, and integrity across the region.
