The Summit gathered policymakers, industry practitioners, and academics in discussing ways to develop and cultivate the youth in realising the potential of the region\u2019s digital transformation. To fully harness this potential, Dr. Kao underscored in his remarks that ASEAN aims to finalise the ASEAN Digital Economy Framework Agreement (DEFA) by 2025.
