For Lao artist, Souphalak Phongsavath, joining the ASEAN Artists Residency Programme (AARP) was a dream come true.
Her first artist residency and first time in Japan, made even more special by the World Expo 2025.
Through the AARP, emerging artists from across Southeast Asia are given the opportunity to explore new cultures, exchange ideas, and create works that reflect ASEAN’s shared identity.
