Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today participated at the 4th ADGMIN + Japan Meeting held in Bangkok, Thailand. The Meeting welcomed the ASEAN-Japan 2025 Digital Work Plan, aimed at strengthening the partnership in key areas such as digital transformation, AI governance, digital infrastructure, and data governance in 2025.
