Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with Secretary-General of the ASEAN Korea Centre (AKC), H.E. Kim Jae-shin, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. Both sides exchanged views on the role of the AKC in promoting ASEAN-Republic of Korea (ROK) cooperation. SG Dr. Kao encouraged the AKC to initiate more activities and programmes to enhance trade, investment, tourism and cultural exchanges between ASEAN and the ROK.
