Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Chief Negotiator Dr. Raja AlMarzoqi at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat, where they discussed opportunities to increase more trade and investment, including through sectoral cooperation under the ASEAN-GCC Framework of Cooperation (FOC) 2024-2028.
