The Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with H.E. Chang Lih Kang, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Malaysia in Siem Reap. Dr. Kao expressed the ASEAN Secretariat’s readiness to render its full support to Malaysia as the ASEAN Chair for 2025. The Secretary-General also applaudedMalaysia for making a firm commitment to enhance the start-up ecosystem in ASEAN.
