Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn joined Ambassadors and Chargés d’Affaires a.i. of Latin American countries to ASEAN in a dinner hosted by the Ambassador of Chile to ASEAN Mario Ignacio Artaza. They exchanged views on ways to strengthen the relations between ASEAN and Latin American countries.
