Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn this afternoon officiated the Launch of the ASEAN-EU Blue Book 2024-2025 together with Ambassador of the European Union to ASEAN Sujiro Seam and Permanent Representative of the Philippines to ASEAN and Country Coordinator for ASEAN-EU Dialogue Relations Hjayceelyn M. Quintana at the ASEAN Headquarters. In his remarks, SG Dr Kao expressed his hope that through today’s initiative, ASEAN and the EU will be able to sustain the momentum and continue to work closely together to further advance the ASEAN-EU Strategic Partnership for the betterment of the peoples in the two regions.
