Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn today attended the Opening Ceremony of the 2024 Meeting of the OECD Council at Ministerial Level (MCM) held at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris, France. During the event, SG Dr Kao delivered remarks to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of the Launch of the Southeast Asia Regional Program (SEARP).
